💳 Pay First — 3 Ways to Pay
Option A — Copy UPI ID (Easiest):
Tap "⎘ Copy" on the UPI ID → a popup shows GPay / PhonePe / Paytm → tap your app → it opens → go to Pay / Send Money → Enter UPI ID → paste → enter ₹1,500 → pay.

Option B — Scan QR Code:
Tap "📥 Save QR to Photos" → QR opens fullscreen → take a screenshot (it saves to your Photos/Gallery) → open your UPI app → tap Scan → Upload from Gallery → select the QR screenshot → pay.

Option C — Bank Transfer (NEFT/RTGS):
Use the Axis Bank account number and IFSC shown in the payment sheet.

📸 Screenshot the Payment Confirmation
Once the payment is successful, take a screenshot of the confirmation screen in your UPI app (PhonePe / GPay / Paytm). Also note your Transaction ID / UTR number — you will need to enter it in the form.

📝 Come Back & Fill Your Details
Return to this page and fill in your name, email, mobile, tower and flat number. Under Family Details, enter members above 8 years and below 8 years separately.

🚀 Upload Proof & Submit
Enter the amount paid, select your payment mode, paste the Transaction ID / UTR, upload the screenshot, then tap "Register Now". Your registration number and receipt will be emailed to you instantly.
